# About CallForMe

> CallForMe is made by Great Work LLC, a small US software company. It gives AI agents a phone: your agent says who to call and what to get done, and a voice assistant places the call and reports back. The guides on this site are written by the team that builds the product and checked against how it works today.

## Who we are

CallForMe is a product of [Great Work LLC](https://greatwork.company), a small US software company. The same team designs the product, runs the servers, answers support email, and writes the pages on this site.

CallForMe started from a simple gap: AI agents can find a business's number, but they can't dial it. Most errands still end in a phone call. CallForMe is that phone, for whichever agent you already use.

## How these guides are written

Every guide, use case and comparison here follows the same rules:

- **Product facts come from the product.** Prices, limits, what the assistant says, and how it handles menus, hold, voicemail and mid-call questions are checked against how CallForMe works today, not against plans.
- **Behavior is tested on real calls.** We call our own fictional demo businesses (a pizza place, three auto shops and a gym) to check that the pages describe what the assistant does.
- **Dates are real.** The "Updated" date on each page is when it last changed.
- **No made-up numbers.** If we don't know a figure, the page says what we do know instead.
- **We fix what's wrong.** When the product changes, the pages that describe it change with it.

## What we won't publish

- Paid placements or rankings
- Testimonials or reviews we can't attribute to a real person who agreed to it
- Guides that tell you to call people, not businesses, or to use CallForMe for sales calls

## How CallForMe treats businesses

Every call says it's an AI assistant in its first sentence and says the line is recorded. It never claims to be you. Businesses can ask not to be called again, and that applies to every customer. The full rules are in [safety and disclosure](/docs/safety-and-disclosure), and businesses that got a call can read [got a call from us?](/for-businesses)
