A tab opens and closes by itself; no email or card. Claude Desktop and claude.ai share connectors, so it works in both. The first real call shows one setup link. Claude Desktop and claude.ai use the same connector list, so one setup covers your laptop, the web, and the Claude mobile apps signed in to the same account. ## Install 1. Open Claude (desktop app or [claude.ai](https://claude.ai)). 2. Go to **Customize**, then **Connectors**. 3. Click **Add**, then **Add custom connector**. 4. Name: `CallForMe`. URL: `https://callforme.tel/mcp` 5. Click **Continue**. Claude detects the sign-in on its own; keep the defaults and click **Add**. 6. Click **Connect**. A window opens and closes by itself. 7. Optional but nice: set CallForMe's tools to **Always allow**, so Claude doesn't ask for permission each time it checks on a call. On Team and Enterprise plans an owner may need to add the connector for the organization first. ## Connecting your account After you click **Add**, click **Connect** next to CallForMe. A browser tab opens and closes by itself. There's no email, no form and no card. That creates your CallForMe account. ## Your first call The only other step comes once, the first time your agent places a real call. CallForMe answers with a short setup link like `https://callforme.tel/go/k7m2q`, and your agent shows it to you. 1. Open the link. It shows the exact call about to be placed: who, what number, and the goal. 2. Add $10. Your card is saved and auto-reloads, so you won't see this page again. Creators can claim credit with their email instead. 3. The page says you're done. Tell your agent to continue, and the phone starts ringing. After that, every chat and every session just calls. If you later add CallForMe to a second agent, its first call link recognizes you (when you're signed in on that browser) and links it to your account in one click, with no second payment. Demo calls are free, with no payment, up to 5 a day. ## If the Connect step doesn't show up If your version of Claude can't do OAuth sign-in, use one of these instead: - `https://callforme.tel/mcp/open` needs no sign-in. Your agent gets a setup link in each new session unless it saves the `account_key` it receives. - A personal URL, `https://callforme.tel/mcp/k/`, using a key you create on the [account page](https://callforme.tel/account). Treat a personal URL like a password. Anyone with it can place calls on your balance. ## Using the skill too Claude on the web and desktop also supports Agent Skills. Upload the `callforme` skill from [callforme.tel/skill.md](/docs/skill) in **Settings**, then **Capabilities**, and Claude will follow the full call flow more consistently, including polling for questions from the business. ## Try it Paste this into Claude Desktop and claude.ai: > Call Rosa's Cafe and book a table for 4 this Friday, anywhere between 7 and 8:30pm. Yes. Connectors you add on claude.ai show up in the Claude apps signed in to the same account. ### What does Connect ask me for? Nothing. A browser tab opens and closes by itself and creates your account. You add $10 once, through a setup link, the first time Claude places a real call. ### Is a personal key URL safe? It is sent over HTTPS, but anyone who sees the full URL can use your balance. Use Connect when you can, and don't paste a key URL into shared chats or screenshots.
