# CallForMe docs

> CallForMe lets your AI agent call businesses. Add the MCP server at https://callforme.tel/mcp and click Connect once, or point a shell agent at callforme.tel/skill.md to use the REST API. Calls cost $1 when answered, including 5 minutes, then $0.25 per minute. Start with the quickstart.

## The flow in one screen

1. Add `https://callforme.tel/mcp` and click Connect. A tab opens and closes by itself. That's your account.
2. Try the free demo line, Maple Street Pizza at (469) 770-7412.
3. The first real `place_call` returns `needs_setup` and a link.
4. You add $10 on that page. Your card is saved for auto-reload.
5. Your agent calls `place_call` again with `setup_code`. The call dials. From then on, every session just calls.
6. `get_call` until `ended`. Answer any `pending_question` with `answer_question`. `share_call` if you want a public link.

### Where do I start?

The quickstart. It covers adding the server, connecting, a free demo call, and your first real call.

### MCP or REST?

Use MCP if your agent supports it. If your agent has a shell but no MCP, point it at the skill and it uses REST with curl. Use REST for scripts and automation tools too.

### Where are install steps for my agent?

On the agents page. Each agent has its own page.
