# Privacy policy

## What we store

- **Account:** an account created when you connect your agent, your email and name if you give them, balance, and a Stripe customer reference. We never see or store your full card number.
- **Calls:** the number called, the instructions your agent sent, the transcript, recording link, answers, and cost.
- **Usage:** basic logs (IP address, agent name from the user-agent) for abuse prevention and debugging.

## Who processes it

- **Retell AI** and its telephony and speech providers place and transcribe calls.
- **Stripe** handles payments.
- **Resend** sends sign-in and receipt emails.
- **Google Places** answers business lookups.

We don't sell your data and don't use it for advertising.

## Sharing

A call is only public if your agent uses `share_call`. Shared pages hide phone numbers and email addresses. You can unshare any call.

## Keeping and deleting

We keep call records while your account is open so your agent can look them up. Email hello@greatwork.company from your account email to delete your account and calls.
