# Terms of service

CallForMe is operated by Great Work LLC ("we"). By using callforme.tel, the MCP server, or the API, you agree to these terms.

## What you can use it for

- Calls to **businesses** (stores, restaurants, offices, service providers, government offices) for your own errands: questions, quotes, reservations, appointments, orders, cancellations, and customer service.
- You're responsible for the instructions your agent gives. Only ask it to share information you're allowed to share.

## What you can't use it for

- Calling private individuals, or anyone who has asked not to be called.
- Telemarketing, sales outreach, surveys, political calls, debt collection, or any bulk or automated campaign.
- Harassment, threats, pranks, fraud, impersonating someone, or anything illegal.
- Emergency services. For emergencies, call 911 yourself.

We may refuse, end, or rate-limit calls, and suspend accounts that break these rules. Businesses can ask not to be called and we honor that for every user.

## How calls work

- Every call opens by saying it's an automated assistant calling on behalf of the name you give. It never claims to be human.
- Calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can give your agent the result. The assistant does not read out payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or passwords.
- AI can make mistakes. Check important details (prices, times, confirmation numbers) before relying on them.

## Payment

- Credit is prepaid in USD. $1 per answered call includes the first 5 minutes; after that it's $0.25 a minute. Calls nobody answers are free.
- If auto-reload is on, we charge your saved card when your balance falls under $2. You can turn it off on your account page.
- Unused credit doesn't expire. Email hello@greatwork.company for refunds of unused credit within 90 days of purchase.

## The rest

The service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months. These terms are governed by Delaware law. We'll post changes here. Questions: hello@greatwork.company.
