4. **get_call** on each `call_id` with `wait_seconds: 50` until all five are `ended`. If a shop asks the trim level or tire size and it's not in `details`, it appears as `pending_question` and your agent answers with **answer_question**.

## Tips

- **Put the car details in `details`, not the goal.** Year, trim, mileage, and symptoms stop the "what kind of car?" back-and-forth.
- **Use the same `questions` for every shop.** Your agent can only build a clean comparison if each call collected the same fields.
- **Say "quote only" in `constraints`.** Otherwise a helpful service writer may offer to book you in, and the assistant will politely decline.

### Will shops give a real price over the phone?

Most give a range or a ballpark for common jobs like pads and rotors. Some say they need to see the car. The assistant records whatever they say, including "need to inspect first".
