# Pre-order Thanksgiving pies and turkeys with your AI agent

## What your agent does

## FAQ

### When do Thanksgiving pre-orders close?

It varies by shop. Many bakeries and butchers stop taking orders a few days to a week before Thanksgiving, and popular items sell out earlier. Calling in early November gives you the most choice.

### Will it pay a deposit?

No. The assistant never gives card numbers. If a shop needs a deposit to hold the order, the assistant asks how to pay it (online, in person, or a callback to you) and reports back.

### Can it change or cancel the order later?

Yes. Ask your agent to call back with the order number. It can change the pickup time or the items, or cancel.

### What if every shop is full?

The results show who said no and why, often with a suggestion such as a later pickup or a different item. Your agent can widen the search or try grocery store bakeries.
