Have AI call a store's customer service
Short answer: Tell your agent the store, the order number and what you need: where a late order is, how to return or exchange something, or a new delivery or installation window. CallForMe works the menu, waits on hold, asks, and brings back the answer with a reference number. If the store needs to verify you, pass your number as transfer_to. $1 per answered call, then $0.40 a minute.

Store customer service calls are short questions behind a long menu: where's the order, can I still return this, can you move the delivery. Your agent can handle the menu and the hold, ask the question, and come back with the answer and a reference number.
Paste this into your agent
Call the store about order 88213-4410: it was supposed to arrive yesterday and tracking hasn't moved in 3 days. Ask where it is, when it will arrive, and whether they'll resend or credit it if it's lost. Get a reference number. If they need to verify me, connect me at (214) 555-0100.
Other store calls:
- "Call the store and ask if I can still return the TV I bought on October 15, order 55120-8812. I have the receipt and the box. Ask how: mail, store, or pickup, and whether there's a restocking fee."
- "Reschedule my washer delivery, order 77419-2205, to Saturday morning or any time Sunday. Get the new window and a confirmation number."

What the store will ask
plan_call reads these as order calls. A late order, a return and a delivery change all flag the order number, and a return also asks when it was bought. Have these ready:
- The order number, and the name and email or phone on the order.
- The item and the purchase date.
- For a delivery or installation: the days and times that work.
- Your number, as
transfer_to, in case they verify you.
Questions worth asking
- For a late order: where it is now, the new delivery date, and what happens if it's lost.
- For a return: the last day to return it, how, any restocking fee, and how the money comes back.
- For a delivery or installation: the new window, whether you need to be home, and any fee for the change.
- Always: the representative's name and a reference number.
What it costs
$1 per answered call, including the first 2 minutes, then $0.40 a minute, up to 30 minutes. A 10-minute call with a hold is $1 + 8 × $0.40 = $4.20. A call nobody answers costs nothing.

Questions
What will the store ask for?
Almost always the order number, and often the name and email or phone on the order. For a return, when you bought it and whether you have the receipt. plan_call flags the order number before the call so the store isn't left waiting.
Can it start a return or an exchange?
It can ask whether the item can still be returned, how (by mail, in store, or a pickup), any restocking fee, and what the store needs, and start it if you've said so. Many stores send a return label or code by email afterwards.
Can it reschedule a delivery or installation?
Yes. Give the order number and the days and times that work. The assistant asks for the new window and a confirmation, and checks whether anything changes, like a delivery fee.
Will it give my card number?
No. CallForMe never reads card numbers, codes or passwords aloud. If the store needs to verify the account holder, the assistant connects you.
