The flow in one screen

Add https://callforme.tel/mcp and click Connect. A tab opens and closes by itself. That's your account.
Try the free demo line, Maple Street Pizza at (469) 770-7412.
The first real place_call returns needs_setup and a link.
You add $10 on that page. Your card is saved for auto-reload.
Your agent calls place_call again with setup_code. The call dials. From then on, every session just calls.
get_call until ended. Answer any pending_question with answer_question. share_call if you want a public link.

MCP or REST?

Use MCP if your agent supports it. If your agent has a shell but no MCP, point it at the skill and it uses REST with curl. Use REST for scripts and automation tools too.
