Skysay vs CallForMe: phone platform or finished caller
We make CallForMe. Skysay facts come from its own site and docs, checked October 9, 2026. Per minute, Skysay's published rates are lower than ours.
Short answer: Skysay is telephony for AI agents: you rent numbers in 100+ countries, configure a voice agent, and pay from $0.21 a minute for hosted AI plus $0.05 a minute to US and Canadian numbers. CallForMe is a finished caller for one job, calling businesses for you: nothing to configure, $1 per answered call including 2 minutes, US and Canada only.
What Skysay is
Skysay calls itself "the phone layer for AI agents." It sells phone numbers, outbound and inbound calls, SMS, campaigns, knowledge bases and a hosted voice agent, all reachable over MCP, an API or its web workspace. Its homepage pitches personal use too, like an assistant that "calls the doctor's office" or "chases the refund." Skysay is operated by Herous Futurus OÜ in Estonia (terms).
So it sits with ThunderPhone and Vapi: a platform you build a caller on. CallForMe is the caller, already built, for one job.

What it costs, worked out
Our arithmetic at Skysay's lowest published rates for a call to a US number ($0.21 hosted AI + $0.05 carrier = $0.26 a minute), not counting a number rental.
| Call length | Skysay (from) | CallForMe |
|---|---|---|
| 2 minutes | $0.52 | $1.00 |
| 5 minutes | $1.30 | $2.20 |
| 10 minutes | $2.60 | $4.20 |
| 20 minutes | $5.20 | $8.20 |
Skysay costs less per call at every length on these rates. What you pay for with CallForMe is the part you don't build: the voice prompt, menu and hold handling, the questions back to your agent, the results format, and the disclosure.
When to pick Skysay
- You're building a product or service with its own phone line, inbound calls, or SMS.
- You need numbers or destinations outside the US and Canada.
- You want to choose the voice, model and prompt yourself, and test agents before going live.
- You place enough calls that the per-minute difference adds up, and you have time to set it up.
When to pick CallForMe
- You want the agent you already use, like Claude, ChatGPT or Codex, to call a business today with nothing to configure. See install in your agent.
- Your calls are errands: book a table, get quotes from several shops, wait on hold and patch you in.
- You want the same structured result every time: answers to each question, prices, times, confirmation numbers and a transcript.
- You'd rather pay per answered call than meter components.

Questions
Is Skysay cheaper than CallForMe?
Per minute, yes. At its lowest published rates, a 5-minute call to a US number is about $1.30 on Skysay (hosted AI plus carrier) against $2.20 on CallForMe. Skysay also rents numbers separately, from $3 a month in the US, and its multilingual voice typically settles closer to $0.30 a minute.
Do I have to build an agent on Skysay?
You bring your own agent or set one up in Skysay's workspace: voice, prompt, knowledge base, workflows. CallForMe has one voice assistant already tuned for calling businesses, so your agent only says who to call and what to get done.
Can either one call outside North America?
Skysay offers numbers in 101 countries and a flat carrier rate to the US, Canada, the UK and 17 EU countries. CallForMe calls US and Canadian numbers only.
How does each handle consent and disclosure?
Skysay checks outbound calls against a policy and has the agent get a clear yes from a person before placing them. Disclosure is set per agent, and each recording reports whether the required disclosure was made. CallForMe opens every call by saying it's an AI assistant calling for you on a recorded line.
Can I try either one free?
Skysay gives a $5 welcome credit for browser test calls; real phone calls need purchased funds. CallForMe's demo lines are free with no card, and a card is asked for only at your first real call.
