What an AI phone call looks like, step by step

Here is what happens when you ask your agent to call a business with CallForMe:

1. Your agent finds the business. It can use the find_business tool to look up the name, phone number, address, today's hours and whether the place is open right now.
2. Your agent plans the call. The plan_call tool returns the opening line, a checklist, questions the business will probably ask that you haven't covered, and a cost estimate. No account needed for this.
3. Your agent places the call. place_call dials the number. The first time, you get a short setup link to add a $10 balance. After that, calls just go.
4. The voice assistant talks to the business. It introduces itself as an automated assistant calling for you, presses through the phone menu, waits on hold silently, and asks your questions.
5. It checks with your agent when it's stuck. If the business asks something your agent didn't mention, like a date of birth or a second choice of time, the question comes back to your agent, which answers or asks you.
6. You get the results. The transcript, the answers to each question, and an outcome with a summary, confirmation number, quoted price or appointment time when there is one.
