4. get_call on each call_id with wait_seconds: 50 until all five are ended. If a shop asks the trim level or tire size and it's not in details, it appears as pending_question and your agent answers with answer_question.

Tips

• Put the car details in details, not the goal. Year, trim, mileage, and symptoms stop the "what kind of car?" back-and-forth.
• Use the same questions for every shop. Your agent can only build a clean comparison if each call collected the same fields.
• Say "quote only" in constraints. Otherwise a helpful service writer may offer to book you in, and the assistant will politely decline.
• Follow up with one booking call to the shop you choose. Put the quoted price in details so the assistant can confirm it.
