Voyp vs CallForMe: AI phone calls from your agent

Short answer: Both let an AI agent place calls through an MCP server. Voyp is a calling app first (iPhone, Android, web, WhatsApp) with credits that buy minutes in 48 countries. CallForMe is built for agents: mid-call questions go back to your agent, it calls many places at once, and you pay $1 per answered call.

What Voyp is

Voyp ("Voice Over Your Phone") is an AI calling assistant from PT Soft in Portugal. You tell it who to call and what you need, on iPhone, Android, Mac, the web, WhatsApp or a ChatGPT GPT, and it calls for you. It also has an MCP server at api.voyp.app/mcp/stream (OAuth or an API key) and a local npm package, so agents can start calls too (voyp.app, FAQ).

  • You want a flat price per answered call you can read in advance.

Questions

How does Voyp charge?

As of October 2026 Voyp sells credits: a pay-as-you-go plan, $2.99 a month for 100 credits, $29.99 a year for 150 credits a month, or top-ups from $1.49 for 100. Calls spend credits per minute at a rate that depends on the country; Voyp doesn't publish the rate. CallForMe charges $1 per answered call including the first 2 minutes, then $0.40 a minute.

Which countries can each call?

Voyp lists 48 countries. CallForMe calls US and Canadian businesses.

Can the business's questions reach my agent mid-call?

With CallForMe, yes: the question shows up as pending_question and your agent answers while the business waits. Voyp's Copilot asks you in the Voyp app; its MCP tools (start a call, status, hang up, place search) don't list a way to answer mid-call, as of October 2026.

Can either one patch me in?

Both can. Voyp transfers to your own verified number, charged like a second call. CallForMe connects you with transfer_to once a person answers, inside the same call's time.
