Check rental availability and price by phone with AI
Short answer: Give your agent the item, your dates and your city. CallForMe calls the rental shops, asks whether it's available for those dates, and brings back the daily rate, deposit, delivery fee and pickup hours from each. Say don't book and it won't: you pick the shop from a table. A shop that doesn't answer costs nothing; an answered call is $1, including the first 2 minutes.

Most rental questions come down to one thing: do you have it for my dates? The answer usually isn't on the website, and you end up calling around. Your agent can do the calling and hand you the choices side by side.
What your agent does
- Finds shops near you with
find_business, or calls the ones you name. - Asks about the item and your dates, including whether a similar model is available if that one's taken.
- Gets the full price, not just the daily rate: deposit, delivery and pickup, insurance or damage waiver, and late fees.
- Brings back a table, so you can pick one and book it yourself, or tell the agent to go ahead.
What to give your agent
- The item, with the size or model if it matters.
- The dates, and whether they can move.
- Your city or ZIP, and whether you need delivery.
- Your limit, if you have one, in
constraints. - Say "don't book" if you're only comparing.
Questions worth asking
- Is it available for those exact dates, and can you hold it?
- What's the all-in price, including deposit, delivery and any waiver?
- When is pickup and return, and what's the late fee?
- What do I need to bring: ID, a card, proof of insurance?
- For equipment: does it come with fuel, blades or a trailer hitch?
What it costs
$1 per answered call, including the first 2 minutes, then $0.40 a minute, up to 30 minutes. Three short calls are about $3. A call nobody answers costs nothing.

Questions
What kinds of rentals does this work for?
Anything a person answers the phone about: tools and equipment, party tables and tents, moving trucks, baby gear for a trip, costumes, formal wear. Big chains may send the call through a phone menu first, which the assistant works through.
Can it reserve the item?
If you ask it to and the shop can hold it without payment. Most reservations need a card, which the assistant never reads aloud, so it gets the steps or connects you with transfer_to.
Can it call several shops at once?
Yes. Ask your agent to call a few places, and it runs the calls together and returns who has it and for how much.
What if the shop wants to call me back?
Give your agent your number to share. Without one, the shop gets our line and a 4-digit extension, and its message comes back to your agent.
