Have AI call apartment leasing offices
Tell your agent the area, bedrooms, budget and move-in date. CallForMe calls leasing offices and asks what's available, the full monthly cost including required fees, current specials, pet rules and the next tour time, then your agent compares the answers. Each answered call costs $1.
Apartment hunting by phone is the same five questions at every complex: what's open, what's the real price, what's the special, do you take my pet, when can I see it. Your agent can ask ten complexes in the time it takes you to drive to one.
Paste this into your agent
Call apartment complexes near 78758 and ask if they have a 1 bedroom available by November 15 under $1,400. Ask the total monthly cost with all required fees, any move-in special, and pet rent for one cat.
Other housing calls:
- "Call Riverside Apartments' leasing office and book a tour Saturday between 11am and 2pm for Alex."
- "Ask the property management office for unit 4B at 210 Elm whether my maintenance request for the dishwasher has been scheduled."
- "Ask 6 complexes near the hospital if they offer short-term leases of 6 months and the premium."
What the leasing office will ask
plan_call has no rental category. Ask about price, "how much" or a quote and it flags the exact item, which the bedroom count and budget cover. If the goal mentions an appointment, it adds a name, the date and a callback number. Leasing agents ask:
- Move-in date and lease length.
- Bedrooms, budget, and must-haves (washer and dryer, garage, ground floor).
- Pets: type, breed, weight.
- Income or credit questions, to see if you'd qualify. Put in
constraintswhat the assistant may share.
Questions worth asking
- What's available by your date, and at what rent?
- Required monthly fees on top of rent, and the total.
- Move-in specials and their conditions (weeks free often need a 13 month lease).
- Application fee, admin fee, deposit.
- Pet deposit, pet rent, breed or weight limits.
- Next tour, in person or self-guided.
How call_around works for apartments
query: "apartment complex" with nears set to two or three neighborhoods or zips you'd live in and count: 10. That's a wide sweep for a few dollars. Ask for the total monthly cost so your agent can sort the table by it. If you'd rather see only places with your floor plan, put "skip it if no 1 bedroom by Nov 15" in constraints.
What trips these calls up
- Call centers. Many large complexes route calls to a central leasing call center that knows less about specials. The assistant asks them to confirm the total with fees.
- Weekends. Some offices close Sunday or answer with a reduced staff.
- Follow-up emails. Expect leasing offices to email or text you after the call. Leave your email out if you don't want that.
What it costs
$1 per office that answers, including 5 minutes. Ten complexes, eight answer: $8.

Questions
Why call when listings show prices?
Listing prices often leave out required monthly fees like trash, pest control, amenity or tech packages, and parking. The leasing office can give the total, and today's specials, which change weekly.
Can it schedule a tour?
Yes. Give a time range in the goal and it books a tour, or asks for a self-guided tour slot if the property offers them.
Can it call my landlord about a repair?
It can call a property management office to report a non-emergency repair or ask about a work order, with your unit number and name. Emergencies like a gas smell, call yourself.
Will they share availability with an AI?
Leasing offices want leads, so yes. Expect them to ask for your name, email and move date so they can follow up.
