Ask a hotel or airline for a free upgrade with an AI call
Short answer: Give your agent the reservation or booking, the name on it, what you'd love (a higher floor, a suite, early check-in, a better seat) and your fee limit. CallForMe calls the hotel's front desk or the airline, asks politely, records what they offer and what it costs, and only accepts a fee you pre-approved. Most of these calls cost $1.

$1 when someone answers, first 2 minutes included. Nothing if nobody picks up. Connecting asks for nothing.
"Any chance of an upgrade?" is a two-minute question most people never ask because it means a phone menu and a hold. Your agent can ask for you, nicely, and tell you what they said.
What your agent does
- plan_call checks the booking details the desk will ask for (name and confirmation or room number) and reminds your agent to decide on fees up front.
- place_call dials the property's front desk (if it reaches central reservations first, the assistant asks to be transferred to the hotel itself) and asks your questions, politely and briefly.
- get_call follows the call. A paid offer outside your limit comes back as an offer, never as a yes.

Voice agent: Hi, this is an assistant calling for Jordan Ellis, on a recorded line. Jordan's checking in tonight, it's their anniversary, and I wanted to ask if a complimentary upgrade to a higher floor might be possible. Front desk: Let me look. I can move them to the 14th floor at no charge. A suite would be $60 more. Voice agent: The 14th floor would be wonderful, thank you. And is early check-in around noon possible? Front desk: I can't promise it, but I'll note it.
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| Complimentary upgrade | Yes, 14th floor, no charge (suite offered at $60, declined: over the limit) |
| Early check-in | Not guaranteed, noted on the reservation |
Tips
- Call on the day of arrival: that's when the desk knows what's open.
- Give a reason if there is one (an occasion, a long stay, status). It helps.
- Set the fee limit in
constraintsso the assistant can say yes on the spot to a good offer. - For the airline, have the confirmation code and passenger name ready; seats and upgrades are tied to the passenger.
What it costs
$1 for most of these calls: they're short. Longer holds are $0.40 a minute after the first 2. No answer is free.

Questions
Does asking ever work?
Sometimes, especially on the day of arrival when the hotel knows what's empty, and when there's a reason (an anniversary, a long stay, a loyalty status). The worst answer is a polite no, and the call usually costs $1.
What if they offer a paid upgrade?
The assistant records the offer and the price. It only accepts if your constraints or if_asked allow it ("OK up to $40"); otherwise it says you'll think about it and comes back with the offer.
Can it ask the airline too?
Yes, for an existing booking: ask about complimentary upgrades, better seats or the upgrade list. Airlines verify the passenger first, so give the confirmation code and name, and pass transfer_to if they need the passenger on the line.
