Call a Hotel About Early Check-In, a Crib, or Parking With AI
Tell your agent your reservation and what you need. CallForMe calls the hotel's front desk directly, not the central reservations line, and asks for early check-in, a crib, or other requests, plus parking and resort fees. The front desk's answers and any notes on your reservation come back to your agent.
What you say to your agent
Call the Harborview Hotel about my reservation Oct 17 to 19 under Kim, confirmation 88213. Ask for early check-in around noon, request a crib, and ask what overnight parking costs.
Hotel apps and booking sites are bad at small requests. The front desk at the property is who decides, and calling a few days before gets a note on your reservation.
What your agent does
- find_business finds the property's local number. Your agent should call the hotel itself, not a national reservations line, since the front desk handles these requests.
- plan_call writes the opener and flags that the desk may ask for the name and confirmation number, and may say early check-in is "not guaranteed."
- place_call dials:
{
"phone": "+12075550191",
"business_name": "Harborview Hotel",
"goal": "Add requests to reservation 88213: early check-in around noon on Oct 17 and a crib in the room. Ask about overnight parking cost.",
"details": "Reservation under Kim, confirmation 88213, Oct 17 to 19, 2026, one king room. Traveling with an infant.",
"questions": ["Can you note early check-in around noon, and is there a fee?", "Can you add a crib?", "What does overnight parking cost, and is it self or valet?", "Are there any resort or amenity fees?"],
"on_behalf_of": "Ana Kim",
"callback_number": "+12075550137",
"constraints": "Accept an early check-in fee of up to $40. Do not change the dates or room type."
}
- get_call polls until
ended. If the desk offers "we can guarantee noon for $50," that's above your limit, so the voice agent asks throughpending_questionand your agent answers with answer_question or checks with you.

Tips
- Call 2 to 4 days before arrival. Too early and the desk can't see room assignments; too late and cribs may be gone.
- Put the confirmation number and the name on the booking in
details. - Set a fee limit in
constraintsso the voice agent can say yes without waiting on you. - Ask the voice agent to confirm each request is "noted on the reservation."
What it costs

Questions
Why call the hotel instead of using the app?
Requests like early check-in and cribs are handled by the front desk at the property. A call gets a direct answer and a note on the reservation.
Will it pay for early check-in?
It won't give card numbers. If there's a fee, it records the amount, and it only agrees if you allowed a limit in constraints.
Can it change my dates?
It can ask about availability and rates for new dates. Changing a prepaid booking may need you or the booking site.
