Find a Private Room for a Group by Having AI Call Venues

Tell your agent the date, group size, and budget. It finds a few restaurants or venues, and CallForMe calls each one in parallel to ask about private rooms, minimum spend, deposits, and set menus. You get a comparison table back, and nothing is booked unless you say so.

Planning a birthday dinner, rehearsal dinner, or team offsite usually means calling several places and asking the same five questions. That is a good job to fan out.

What your agent does

1. find_business gets the phone number, address, and hours for each venue. If you only said "somewhere downtown that seats 12," it searches and picks a few for you to confirm.
2. plan_call runs once to shape the goal and questions, and flags that venues often ask about budget per person and dietary needs.
3. place_call runs three times, one per venue, with the same questions:

4. get_call polls all three with wait_seconds until each is ended, then your agent builds the comparison.

• Call in the afternoon. Hosts at dinner rush have less time, and events managers often keep daytime hours.
• Include dietary needs in details. Venues ask, and it changes which set menu fits.
• If you want a date held, say so in constraints, for example "You may ask them to hold the room until Friday with no payment."
• Add a callback_number so the events manager can follow up with you directly.

What it costs

Three answered calls under 5 minutes each is $3. Any venue that doesn't pick up costs nothing.
